Manage who at can sign in. Administrators manage users, resolve under-allowable flags, and upload the hospital's data. For a non-admin, tick Flag reviewer to give them the under-allowable notifications and the ability to resolve flags, or Data uploads to let them send the chargemaster, CPT lists and fee schedules from the Data tab.
Leave the password blank to email the person a link to set their own — the safer option, and the same way your own account was set up. Type a password instead only if they don't have easy email access; then give it to them out-of-band, and it can be re-set here anytime.
